Ingredients:
- 1 package gluten-free penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crushed red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the gluten-free penne pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.
