The Tosa "Mora" al cioccolato e caramello salato is an artisanal cake made with crunchy shortcrust pastry, with a classic identity, but with a modern and innovative taste. The tradition of the shortcrust pastry base combines with the exuberant flavour of salted caramel cream frangipane and a soft dark chocolate surface. The blend of caramel and cocoa is then sweetened with the natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, a Slow Food presidium. The result is a fragrant cake with a strong and irresistible flavour, which thanks to the selected ingredients, such as fresh cream, eggs from free-range hens and single-origin chocolate from Venezuela, restores all the "Made in Loison" passion and quality.
