  • 1 package gluten-free fusilli pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped, for garnish (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)


  1. Cook the gluten-free fusilli pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside.

  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until the garlic is fragrant and golden brown.
